What's With That Billboard?

I was driving down 30 the other day when I saw this billboard and wondered, "WTF?"

All is revealed here. What's Billy Mitchell mad about? Turns out he lost a fight to keep a natural gas pipeline off his 70-acre ranch near Aledo. That's funny. I can't imagine a natural gas company infriging on the rights of a private landowner.
