I don't know about you, but I spent a lot of time back in the go-go 70s watching Match Game. So I was sad to learn that Charles Nelson Reilly, the Tony Award winner and professional gadabout, has left the building. He was 76. Sez the San Jose Mercury-News, "Reilly's openly gay television persona was ahead of its time, and sometimes stood in his way. He recalled a network executive telling him 'they don't let queers on television.'" Wow. What I didn't know was that there is CNR documentary. Fabulous! I can't wait to see it. And no, Paul, I'm not telling my Paul Lynde story.

No Paul Lynde story? Aw, c'mon, Steve ...
Did you know that Charles Nelson Reilly and Rip Taylor were born on the same day? Somehow, I find that cosmically interesting ...
