Yes, thanks for posting. This inspired me to get out my guitar, download the tab notation for Waits' "Ol '55", and start working on it.
Have you ever noticed that artists like Waits, Dylan, etc., who have unusual voices can be initially off-putting, but once you get used to their sound, everyone else who covers their music sounds like they're bringing zero "artistry" to the recording?
I'm Steve. I love music, but I can’t sing, play an instrument or dance. I love photography, but I can’t shoot a picture to save my life. I love art, but I can’t paint or sculpt. On a good day, I can write a little. I believe if you want to make God laugh, make a plan. I have lots of plans. Fort Worth is where I hang. Got a question? E-mail me.
